When you reach the top of the dam, a battle will erupt between Hyperion bots and outlaws. Make a pit break at the nearby merchants to replenish your supplies. To get to the top of the dam, descend the flight of stairs. Worse, Roland is edging farther out from your grasp.
Hyperion troops are destroying the dam, while the bandits are being killed by the bots. You’ll reach the dam stronghold’s summit (see what I did there… never mind). The access to the ramparts above may be found by taking a left turn. When you approach a left turn, the loader soars over the ramparts, out of sight. Don’t attempt to fight everyone instead, concentrate on pursuing Roland and his kidnapper. Several Hyperion bots, as well as additional bandits, will make an appearance. You’ll arrive to a large, open area of the Stronghold that has been devastated. Follow the loader through the newly created hole in the rear of Roland’s cell.
Although Roland has been kidnapped by Hyperion, the battle is far from finished.
